Big changes are on the horizon for CityPlace in downtown West Palm Beach, as developer Stephen Ross, chairman of Related Ross, continues his vision to make the city a model for growth and innovation.

During a March 12 groundbreaking event, officials shared details about upcoming developments, including the construction of two new office towers—10 and 15 CityPlace—located at Rosemary Avenue and Hibiscus Street. Once completed in 2027, these buildings will add 1 million square feet of office space, accommodating up to 4,700 employees.

“We are doing everything we can to bring all the amenities and activities needed to sustain the growth we’re seeing today,” said Ross, who also owns the Miami Dolphins.

What’s Coming to CityPlace?

New Publix Supermarket: Related Ross is in talks with Publix to build a larger grocery store in CityPlace, nearly twice the size of the existing location.

Expanded Retail & Dining: More restaurants and furniture stores are set to open, enhancing the shopping and entertainment options downtown.

Eataly Italian Market: The highly anticipated Eataly Italian Market will open later this year inside the historic Harriet Himmel Theater, bringing a new culinary experience to the area.

With these upgrades, CityPlace is poised to become an even more vibrant destination for businesses, residents, and visitors alike, reinforcing West Palm Beach’s growth as a key hub in South Florida.
